Great location! 🌆 Close to restaurants, the metro, and other conveniences. the bathroom was spacious and the room itself was clean. the staff were quick and capable 24/7.

Clean hotel in a nice building so close to HanZhong Road metro station as well as Shanghai Railway station and metro stop. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room, plus a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioner.

The hotel is located in a central area close to convenient stores, the heart of Shanghai, and Shanghai Train Station. It is also conveniently situated near the business district of the city.

Spacious and clean room. Nice gym and swimming pool. Good position, 10 minutes walk from the center.

Found dirty clothes (not mine) in the room. It has been only a mistake of the laundry service but initially I thought that someone enter my room. Long check-out operations.

The hotel was fairly clean with really kind staff at reception desk and maids. The breakfast was great with nice coffee machine, lettuce plus different dishes, and the restaurant was good. The property was in the center of Shanghai, and we were just a pleasant stroll away from Shanghai Natural History Museum.

I'm glad that it was easy to get a wheelchair accessible room. the bed was comfortable, for instance. the hotel is within walking distance to a train station, in a central location.

The staff here are really polite and kind to all guests, and the meals served are yummy and delicious.

- Terrible food, room service, think I got sick because of the fried rice - terrible mismatch between room service and old ladies bringing ice in plastic bags - bellboys more interested in listening to their boss then to service and communicate with clients - taxi drivers cannot find the hotel for some reason

The rooms here are luxurious, equipped with a private bathroom featuring a tub, drinking water, and a comfortable sofa, and the location is ideal.

When I showed my Booked.net reservation printout they couldn't find my reservation in their system. They didn't even bother contacting Booked.net to make up for their mistakes. I was lucky enough to get at least the same price that I had gotten from Booked.net . I would have been in big trouble if the rooms were fully booked. I really hope that Booked.net doesn't charge anything on my credit card because I already paid everything under a different reservation.
